I recently received a failing grade in my speech class because I did not show up for my final speech that was due last week.
This is not an exam grade of any kind just my last speech that is due for the class.

I came down with strep throat last week a day before my speech was due, I have documented medical papers of my visit and diagnosis from the local clinic, but he refuses to see it.

What I just found out is that there is going to be a new movie as well...but here's the twist=
Its going to be a CG animation film(much like the movies of 'Final Fantasy')

I run XP and after i installed SP3 it messed with the updates. They would download but they wouldnt install.....

i read a few things from experts about the SP3 problems so i uninstalled it thru Program Remove in control panel and then voila......the updates worked again and installed like a charm...

After that news article I posted earlier I was just curious to know the laws on carrying a weapon such as a sword.
I was looking around and the only law I could find that had any reference to swords or weapons of the such stated that carrying and handling of such weapons was lawful unless you exhibited a rude/aggressive or otherwise deemed unsafe behavior.
