said id put up a few shots so heres some..
these are from a small map called Masters of Melee. The platform above the dragon explodes in part when damaged. Designed for melee contest with dragon thrown in for fun below. thinking of no purchases on this one but then again im not sure. Teams start opposite sides and arrive at platform to fight. Various goodies such as scrolls and super scrolls in certain areas. map 80% complete.

ok so ive been doing some reading and updating some mapping techniques, trying to simplify my mapping which has been getting over-complex in nature and just
too big to complete and be happy with..
ive shut down all other mapping projects in favor of something small and something i can actually put out. Im going to start like this and work my way back up to bigger projects after a put out some smaller maps. these maps probably will be designed for smaller numbers in play but thats not too much of a problem with the amount of users playing the new maps anyway...... i know i have the ability and its mainly design that is my flaw in map making with things getting big and out of hand which in turn leads to discouragement in completing the things that go on and on... with all that said i started a map last weekend which surprisingly is almost done due to the fact that its pretty small and a basic idea. I dont really care much about the complexity of it and am mainly just trying to put out maps that run good frames and are fairly decent in function. dont expect great things but im trying to get back into this the easiest way i can which includes actually putting maps out and not having half finished stuff everywhere with no release. I dont know how many hours ive spent on maps that never see the light of day beyond my monitor but its kind of frustrating. so everyone get ready for my first small release which i have named........"Desert Stash" i will create a separate topic as soon as i have some pics to put up and more info on it...

amazing i thought this would be out by now lol..
seems i can never truly predict a finish on these things... it is close though im happy to say.......yeah for real.....i mean it hehe..
